Called customer service to order 2 shirts, the girl courtny tells me the total before taxes and says i wont be charged shipping, after that she tells me my complete total, she says $70 will be charged to my buckle card and that $39.90 will be charged to my debit card, about 5 minutes later they email me my reciept and it says $50 was charged to my debit, i called back and it was the same girl, i ask why i got charged for shipping and why it was higher then what i was told, she acts like someone else messed up on it, but then accidentally says she didnt mean to add shipping and she can refund it, after that she tries telling me she didnt give me the total price the first time when she took my order, they always give me the total every time i place an order through customer service which is often, this was the first time i have had issues over the phone with an order, also i still have not been refunded my shipping!!! I started ordering through customer service because of so many issues in the store, i would put things on layaway and they would end up gone from my layaway, that happened several times, and the bad thing is the items were taken out of my layaway bag and sold to someone else looking for that item, they had bagged and tied all my items up when i put them on layaway then i go to pick them up and its been opened, that happened a few times even with buckle when you make a purchase and get a free towel or bag, the free item would be gone every time when i went to pick up my layaway, i had spoke to the manager about this happening every time and she was aware of it and apologized and said she would make it up to me and take care of it by discounting my total but nothing was ever done, im about ready to find a new store and stop shopping at buckle all together
